**These terms of service govern your use of qcinspectionindonesia.com and our inspection-desk enquiry service. By browsing this site or requesting a quote, you accept them. We are an independent inspection desk — not an official certification body or accredited surveyor — and our reports are professional opinions, not legal certification.** These terms are current as of 2026 and may be revised; any updated version will carry a new date.
Who operates this site, and what does “independent inspection desk” mean?
QC Inspection Indonesia is an independent pre-shipment inspection desk serving overseas buyers importing furniture, homeware, and garments from Indonesia, working out of Bali. We arrange commercial quality-control inspections as a private contractual service between you and us.
We are not a government-appointed surveyor, and we are not the National Accreditation Committee (Komite Akreditasi Nasional, KAN). Where Indonesian law requires pre-shipment verification and inspection (PSI) — for example under Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 87/2015 and the procedural rules in MoT Regulation No. 16 of 2021 — that work is performed by government-appointed surveyors and results in a Laporan Surveyor (LS) issued through KSO Sucofindo–Surveyor Indonesia. Our commercial QC does not replace that process.
Enquiries and quotes are received by our trade desk, and bookings arising from your enquiry are handled by Bali Premium Trip. You can reach us here:

What services do these terms cover?
These terms apply to the pages of this website and to any inspection engagement you request through it. The table below summarizes what is, and is not, included.
| Item | Covered by these terms | Not covered |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial QC inspections | Pre-production, during-production, pre-shipment inspection, container loading check | Government-mandated PSI / issuance of the Laporan Surveyor |
| Reporting | 100+ photo report delivered within 48 hours; AQL-based sampling findings | Legal certification, customs clearance, or accredited surveyor sign-off |
| Response | Enquiry and quote replies within 24 business hours | Guaranteed inspection slots without a confirmed booking |
| Add-ons | Referral to third-party laboratories for REACH, FDA, or CE testing | The laboratory results themselves, which are issued by the lab |
Commercial quality control (pre-production, during-production, pre-shipment inspection, and container loading check) is a private contractual tool, not an Indonesian government mandate. We state this plainly so there is no confusion between our service and statutory verification.
Are your inspection reports legal certification?
No. Our reports are independent professional opinions based on sampling — typically to an agreed Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) — at a single point in time. A sampling inspection examines a representative portion of a lot, not every unit, so it reduces risk rather than eliminating it.
Our reports do not certify legal compliance, do not clear customs, and are not the Laporan Surveyor required for import into Indonesia. They do not bind any factory, carrier, or authority. You remain responsible for your own purchase decisions, contracts with suppliers, and compliance obligations in your destination market.
What are our published figures and response commitments?
We publish one consistent set of figures across this site. These are current as of 2026 and subject to change.
| What we publish | Commitment (as of 2026) |
|---|---|
| Pricing model | Flat fee per man-day, listed on our pricing page and date-stamped as of 2026 |
| Photo report | 100+ photos delivered within 48 hours of inspection |
| Enquiry and quote replies | Within 24 business hours |
| Booking lead time | Longer during Bali high season (July–August and late December–early January) |
Because peak tourist periods in Bali lengthen inspector availability, we recommend booking earlier for shipments scheduled around those windows.
How is your personal data handled, under UU PDP and GDPR?
When you contact us, we collect only what we need to respond: your name, your email address, your destination or port, your cargo type, and your message. We use this information to prepare a quote and manage your enquiry — nothing more.
If you are in Indonesia, our handling of your personal data is governed by Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, UU PDP). If you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we recognize your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and treat your data with equivalent care.
In practical terms, this means:
- Purpose limitation — your details are used to answer your enquiry and arrange any inspection you book, not for unrelated purposes.
- No sale of data — we do not sell or rent your personal information.
- Sharing — your enquiry may be shared with Bali Premium Trip, which handles bookings on our behalf, and with an assigned inspector to carry out the work you request.
- Your rights — you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have given us. Email sales@balipremiumtrip.com or message WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000 to make a request.
What is the limitation of liability?
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the specific inspection concerned. Because inspections are sampling-based and performed at one moment in time, we cannot guarantee that every unit in a shipment is defect-free, nor can we be held responsible for changes a factory makes after our visit, for concealed defects outside the agreed scope, or for decisions you take based on our report.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses — including lost profit, shipping delays, customs holds, or contract disputes with your supplier. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This site is provided “as is.” We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but regulations, fees, and timelines change, so figures are date-stamped and should be confirmed before you rely on them.
How do bookings and payment work?
A quote becomes a booking only when you confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Bookings, scheduling, invoicing, and reservations are administered by Bali Premium Trip using the contact routes above. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote itself. Rescheduling or cancellation terms are set out at the time of booking.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia follows national trade and customs rules — Bali (Provinsi Bali, capital Denpasar) has no separate provincial customs regime — and any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be handled under Indonesian law.
How do we update these terms, and how do you reach us?
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, carrying its current date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
